About me

I believe healing begins when we live with intention, awareness, and compassion for the whole self—mind, body, and spirit. My work is deeply informed by personal experiences with loss, illness, surrender, and transformation.

  • Where My Journey Began

My journey into healthy and intentional living began in 2010 after the passing of my mother from cancer. During her treatment, her doctor shared something that stayed with me: part of her healing came from the medical care he provided, and part came from her own ability to remain positive and envision herself as healthy.

  • Witnessing Intentional Living

When my mother was diagnosed with Stage IV Lymphoma, she fully committed to her healing process. She shifted her mindset, let go of beliefs and patterns that no longer served her, and began living with a deep sense of presence and wholeness. The results were remarkable. Her PET scans showed significant improvement and she was recovering. For the first time, I witnessed what intentional living looked like.

As she continued this journey, my mother felt called to explore forgiveness, though she did not yet understand what it truly meant. When she struggled to come to terms with it, her health unexpectedly declined. Within weeks, the cancer had metastasized to her brain. Even her doctor was confused by how quickly things changed, given the incredible progress she had been making. I came to believe this struggle with forgiveness played a significant role in that shift.

  • Questions That Changed Everything

After my mother passed away, I became determined to understand the questions her experience left behind. What does forgiveness really mean? How do we forgive the things that are unforgettable? How do positive thoughts work alongside medicine and science? And how can we allow ourselves to feel grief, anger, and emotional pain without being consumed by them? These were questions I knew I wasn’t alone in asking. Questions many of us carry after loss, illness, or profound change.

For over a decade, I have lived by the guiding principle: Reveal what needs to be revealed and heal what needs to be healed. Through reflection and inner work along with countless hours of classes at Unity Worldwide Spiritual Institute, I came to understand the power of intentional thoughts, words, and stillness in the healing process.

  • Reiki and the Role of Free Will

In 2020, I became a Reiki Practitioner. Reiki taught me that healing honors free will and it only works when we are willing to invite it in. This willingness asks us to recognize unhealthy patterns within ourselves and gently release what no longer serves us.

  • A Personal Reckoning: Bell’s Palsy

“A moment that became a turning point in how I understood healing and self-love.”

In May 2023, my life changed in an instant. What I initially believed was a stroke was later diagnosed as Bell’s Palsy, a condition that causes paralysis on one side of the face. My case was severe. I no longer recognized myself in the mirror, and I struggled deeply with the reflection looking back at me. I carried a painful belief that somehow I must have deserved this disfigurement, and that belief became its own source of suffering.

That reflection became a powerful mirror into my inner world. It revealed how many emotions I had spent years suppressing. Anything that didn’t feel “positive” was pushed aside. Grief, anger, fear, resentment, and shame eventually surfaced, all at once, through my experience with Bell’s Palsy. In my desperation, I spent thousands of dollars trying to “fix” my face, hoping to return to who I was before.

Over time, I came to understand that healing required something deeper, and it required surrender. I had to learn how to love myself exactly as I was. I began applying the years of metaphysical study and energy work I had in a new, more embodied way. Through the slow process of recovery, I continue to witness how patience, self-love, compassion, forgiveness, and gratitude can naturally unfold, creating space for meaningful and lasting transformation.

  • How This Journey Shapes My Work Today

Today, my face has improved by about 90%. I don’t know if I will ever fully heal from Bell’s Palsy, but I do know this: the journey from witnessing my mother’s final months of life to learning to love my own reflection has shaped the heart of my work. It allows me to meet others with empathy, presence, and understanding, not from theory, but from lived experience.

My practice is rooted in supporting others as they cultivate awareness, balance, and intentional living. I offer Reiki, life coaching, and wellness workshops as supportive spaces for healing that honors the whole person (mind, body, and spirit) so you don’t have to navigate your own journey alone.

Reiki Session

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that promotes relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. By supporting the body’s natural energy flow, Reiki helps release stress, restore harmony, and encourage self-awareness. Each session is unique, offering a calm, supportive space for healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.

What to Expect in a Reiki Session

Sessions are 60 minutes. All sessions are in-person (located in Orlando, FL).

What happens first: We’ll begin with a brief check-in to discuss how you’re feeling, set an intention for the session, and create a calm, supportive space for your healing experience.

What you’ll leave with: You’ll leave feeling more grounded, relaxed, and energetically supported, with a clearer sense of balance and alignment. Many clients also experience emotional release, mental clarity, and a renewed sense of calm.

Life Coaching Session

Life coaching is a collaborative process that supports clarity, personal growth, and intentional forward movement. Through reflection, goal-setting, and supportive guidance, coaching empowers you to overcome obstacles, create meaningful change, and live in alignment with your values.

What to Expect in a Life Coaching Session

30 minute complimentary discovery call available. Coaching sessions are 60 minutes and offered in-person (located in Orlando, FL or agreed upon meeting location) or virtually.

What happens first: We’ll begin with a brief check-in to explore what you’re currently facing, what you want to improve, and what support would feel most helpful. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and identify what may be holding you back so we can create a focused direction for our session.

What you’ll leave with: You’ll leave with greater clarity, a renewed sense of confidence, and practical next steps. Most clients walk away with a clearer mindset, helpful tools or reflections, and an action plan to support progress between sessions.

Wellness Workshops

Wellness workshops are guided group experiences that blend reflection with experiential practices to support holistic well-being. Each workshop offers tools and insights to help cultivate balance, deepen awareness, and encourage intentional living in everyday life. Meeting location Orlando, FL.

Topics may include: Forgiveness, Ignite Your Power, The Now Moment, Personalized Vision Cards, Inner Peace, and Letting Go / Surrender.

Private and customized workshops are also available.

What to Expect: Wellness workshops are held in a supportive, welcoming group environment where participation is always optional and guided with care. Each experience is thoughtfully structured to allow space for reflection, discussion, and gentle experiential practices such as mindfulness, meditation, journaling, or creative expression. Workshops are accessible to all levels, and no prior experience is required.

What Happens First: Workshops begin with grounding and intention-setting to help you arrive fully and feel at ease. You’ll be gently guided into the theme of the workshop, with time for reflection and shared insight. From there, experiential practices are introduced at a comfortable pace, allowing you to connect with the topic in a way that feels meaningful and personal.

What You’ll Leave With: You’ll leave with practical tools, insights, and practices you can integrate into daily life. Many participants also experience a greater sense of clarity, emotional lightness, and inner balance.
